Gord Waddell is the President and Owner of UFMA-Dundurn. He’s also a personal trainer, has his third-degree black belt in Karate, and is a former World Kickboxing Champion.
Mr. Waddell’s belief in hard work, diligence, and self-confidence is the core of UFMA-Dundurn’s philosophy.
“It’s important, particularly for our younger students, to have strong morals, self-confidence and to lead healthy lives,” Mr. Waddell says. “We work with our students and teach them these skills so they can take on life’s challenges and learn while they grow.”
In addition to his credentials as a World Kickboxing Champion, Mr. Waddell has also won three Canadian Kickboxing Championships, and the Intercontinental World Title through the World Association of Kickboxing Organizations. Mr. Waddell was born and raised in Hamilton, and still lives in the city with his family.
